Collision kills man and dog

Hamilton police continue to investigate after a fatal collision claimed the life of a man and his dog on Concession 10 West near Cooper Rd. in Flamborough last night.

Police say the 23-year-old Cambridge man veered his vehicle off the road shortly before 7:15 pm and hit a tree.

Hamilton Fire, Waterloo Paramedics and ORNGE responded to the incident.

The driver and his dog were pronounced dead at scene.
