Brantford Police set up buy and sell exchange zone

Brantford Police have set up a “buy and sell safe exchange zone” in the station parking lot.

Police say people who are buying and selling items online are becoming victims of thefts and fraud by the people they meet online.

They’ve designated two parking spaces at the front parking lot of the Elgin St. station to give people a safer place to meet when making these transactions.

The spaces are located close to the front entrance of the station and in view of surveillance video.
