Police investigating “suspicious” fire outside Hamilton Mountain home

Police say arson investigators are looking into an incident on the Hamilton Mountain.

Emergency crews were called to a home on Miles Rd., between Rymal Rd. and Twenty Rd., after two cars in the driveway were found on fire.

Flames did not spread to the home but the vehicles were fully engulfed and badly damaged.

Police are investigating the fires as suspicious.

The word “rat” was seen spray painted on the garage.
