Hamilton police are investigating an early morning break and enter at a pizza shop on the mountain.

Police were called to Carlos Pizza and Grill on Rymal Rd. around 2 a.m. Wednesday.

The store’s alarm went off and alerted the owner who went to check out his business.

The front glass of the shop had been broken and a bag of buns, a toy machine that was raising money for breast cancer and a gumball machine were taken from inside.

A pickup truck and two suspects were spotted at the scene but police say no detailed suspect description is available at this time.

Anyone with information that could help is asked to contact Hamilton police.

(Correction: A previous version of this article erroneously reported information from police that said a freezer was stolen during the break and enter. However, the business’ owners contacted CHCH News to state that information is not correct.)
