Families abroad frantically trying to get home to Canada

Prime Minister Justin Trudeau says nothing is off the table including shutting down the border as the government deals with COVID-19.

Just yesterday Canadians abroad were told to come home while they still have a chance,
as countries around the world impose even tighter travel restrictions.
