St. Catharines tenants face eviction over unpaid rent, some as little as 3 cents

Several residents of a St. Catharines apartment building have received eviction notices for unpaid rent even if it’s short by a penny.

The building’s landlord says he’s going by the book if full payment isn’t received, but assures some tenants are not at risk of losing their homes.
