7 people charged after Hamilton police seize $156K in drugs

Hamilton police say they have charged seven people and seized more than $156,000 in illegal drugs over the past month.
The force’s major drug and gangs unit carried out residential, vehicle and trailer search warrants, resulting in the recovery of cocaine, fentanyl, methamphetamine, codeine and oxycodone pills.
Investigators also seized a handgun, prohibited extended magazine, prohibited weapons and several rounds of ammunition.
Hamilton police say this brings the total number of recovered crime-related firearms to 130 so far this year.
Officers have charged the following people:
Logan Keoun, 22, of Hamilton:
- Possession of Heroin for the Purpose Schedule One
- Possession of Methamphetamine for the Purpose Schedule One
- Two Counts of Possession of Cocaine for the Purpose Schedule One
- Possession of Fentanyl for the Purpose Schedule One
- Prohibited Firearm
- Knowledge of Unauthorized Possession of Firearm
- Knowledge of Unauthorized Possession of Weapon
Sarann Nop, 39, of Burlington:
- Possession of Fentanyl for the Purpose Schedule One
- Proceeds of Crime Over $5,000
- Possession of Opioid for the Purpose Schedule One
Heather Balloch, 33, of Hamilton:
- Possession of Fentanyl for the Purpose Schedule One
- Proceeds of Crime Over $5,000
- Possession of Opioid for the Purpose Schedule One
Douglas Burley, 44, of Hamilton:
- Possession of Cocaine for the Purpose Schedule One
- Possession of Fentanyl for the Purpose Schedule One
Roger James, 55, of Hamilton:
- Possession of Cocaine for the Purpose Schedule One
Jessica Keoun, 21, of Hamilton:
- Possession of Cocaine for the Purpose Schedule One
Ly Keoun, 49, of Hamilton:
