Norfolk County woman, 64, charged after police seize $98K worth of stolen goods

Police in Norfolk County have charged a 64-year-old woman who is accused of stealing nearly $98,000 worth of property.

Ontario Provincial Police carried out a search warrant Wednesday around 1:30 p.m. on Bruce St. in Waterford.

Officers recovered approximately $98,000 worth of stolen goods, including a mini-excavator, travel trailer and dryer.

Donna Fraser has been charged with possession of property obtained by crime under and over $5,000.

Fraser is scheduled to appear in the Ontario Court of Justice in Simcoe at a later date.

Investigators expect to make further arrests and lay additional charges.
