Charity in Hamilton asks for help after food trailer breaks down

The truck that pulls the “Men’s Street Ministry” food trailer has broken down, and repairs are too expensive for the charity to take on themselves, so now they are asking for help.

On Saturday, the trailer was parked at Victoria Park in Brantford.

Roger Boyd and Men’s Street Ministry have been helping feed people in Hamilton and Brantford for several years.

The owner of the trailer says to replace the engine on the truck it will cost anywhere from $15,000 to $22,000, therefore he started a Go Fund Me page to raise money for the engine.
