17-year-old arrested after bomb threat at St. Thomas More Catholic school

Hamilton police have arrested a 17-year-old boy following a bomb threat at St. Thomas More Catholic Secondary School last week.

Officers said they were notified on June 2 of a threat indicating a bomb would be set off at 10:30 a.m. the next day.

Following an investigation, the teenager was arrested Monday for uttering threats and mischief under $5,000.

Police said this is one of ten threats made at different schools in Hamilton.
