Halton police are requesting assistance in locating a 76-year-old woman from Acton.

Police say Irene Cabak was last seen May 12 on Main Street in Acton at around 12:00 pm.

Cabak may be driving a red 2016 Subaru Impreza with Ontario licence plate # AWTR 721.

Cabak is described as a white woman with a heavy build standing 5’6” tall, brown eyes, and grey hair. She was last seen wearing blue pants.

Police say Cabak is vulnerable and may not be able to find her way home.
