Get ready for more snow! Winter storm warning in effect for Hamilton, Niagara

UPDATED
Hamilton and Niagara Region are expected to get hammered by another winter storm this week.
A winter storm warning is in effect for both regions with a possible snow storm coming on Wednesday afternoon and lasting until Friday.
Environment Canada says between 20 and 30 centimetres of snow will accumulate over the three days.
Rain is expected to begin Wednesday afternoon and continue into the evening. Snow is then expected to fall throughout Thursday. “There is still some uncertainty regarding additional snowfall amounts on Thursday,” states a public alert of Environment Canada’s website.
The weather agency says motorists should consider postponing non-essential travel until conditions improve.
Surfaces such as highways, roads, walkways and parking lots may become difficult to navigate due to accumulating snow.
There may be a significant impact on rush hour traffic in urban areas. If visibility is reduced while driving, slow down, watch for tail lights ahead and be prepared to stop.
Travel is expected to be hazardous due to reduced visibility in some locations.
