Hamilton Public Works says many city-owned buildings are in poor or critical state of repair

Public works says a third of building facilities owned by the city of Hamilton are in a poor or critical state of repair. The city’s acting general manager told the general issues committee it’s been getting worse for several years. Matt Ingram reports.
