Halton police looking for home invasion suspects
Georgetown police are asking for the public’s assistance in finding four suspects who committed a robbery on Main Street North on Sunday around 2:00 a.m.
Police say that the suspects forced entry into a victim’s residence. The suspects were armed and fired multiple shots in the home but nobody was hurt in the incident.
The victim described the suspects as four black males wearing dark clothing, with bandannas covering their faces. They fled the scene in what is believed to be a dark coloured 4-door sedan.
Investigators are appealing residents in the area of Main Street North and Ewing street to search for dash cam or home or business surveillance video between 1:00 a.m. and 3:00 a.m. Anyone with information is asked to contact Detective Mark Brewster of the 1 District Criminal Investigations Bureau at 905-825-4747 ext 2420.
