Tim Bolen visited The Udder Way Artisan Cheese Company in Stoney Creek who make award winning cheese, and award winning gelato.

They make a 2 milk gelato, sheep’s milk gelato and sorbeto. It’s special because they use 100% A2 certified milk. They just won 1st place for their Belgian Chocolate Bomb at the Royal Ontario Fair, and 3rd place for their Blueberries Gone Wild.

As for their cheeses, they make blue cheese, an award winning Oveja Negra, Flat On Your Baco, Caciocavallo and Mozzarella, and more.

The Udder Way Artisan Cheese Retail Outlet is 410 Regional Road 20 Hannon and their cheese can also be purchased at The Paris Wincey Mills Co. in Paris, Ontario.
