It’s maple syrup season in Muskoka

Tim Bolen’s travels took him into maple syrup season up north.

This morning he was at Sugarbush Hill Maple Farm in Muskoka to learn how maple syrup is made. Then he went to Three Guys & a Stove and Canvas Brewing Co. to see how they are using the maple syrup.

These places are just 3 of the 18 participating in the Muskoka Maple Trail. Follow the trail and stop into these places to see how they have infused maple syrup into their food and drink.

The Muskoka Maple Trail runs until April 29th, which leads into the Muskoka Maple Syrup Festival on April 30th in Downtown Hunstville.
