Simple sourdough bread recipe using beer

Chef D took us through an easier way to make sourdough bread.

ChefD Sourdough Bread

4 cups all-purpose flour
1 cup warm water
8 Tbsp Waterloo IPA beer
1 Tbsp Apple cider Vinegar
2 Tbsp honey
1-1/2 tsp salt
¼ tsp instant or Rapid Rise Yeast

Directions
In a Mixing bowl combine, Flour, yeast and Salt mix well. In a separate
large measuring cup add water, beer and Vinegar. Pour liquid into the flour
mixture and stir with a rubber spatula until a loose wet dough forms.
(making sure there are no dry areas). Cover with Plastic wrap and let sit on
the counter for 8 to 24 hours (longer the better)
Preheat Oven to 400
Line the bottom of a Dutch oven with Parchment paper. Stir dough together
into a ball and place it on Parchment line Dutch oven. Place the lid on the
Dutch oven and Bake for 40-50 minutes. (Keep covered the entire time).
Bread will bake to a beautiful golden brown.
Note: Add a little more water to dough if you have any dry areas
