Political analyst Keith Leslie on Ontario’s legislature return

Ontario’s legislature will resume sitting on October 21 after an unusually long summer break.

The government is set to introduce a bill aimed at easing congestion that has been frustrating some voters in the Greater Toronto and Hamilton Area (GTHA).
