Niagara police seek missing 71-year-old woman

Niagara regional police are looking for a missing 71-year-old woman who was last seen in St. Catharines early Tuesday morning.

Officers say Jane Buchanan was last seen around 5:45 a.m. in the area of Fourth Avenue and First Street Louth traveling on foot.

Investigators describe Buchanan as a woman with a heavy build and grey hair who has an unstable walking gait.

Detectives say she was last seen wearing all grey clothing.

Anyone with information is asked to contact police.
