Honda Civic vehicle linked to Mississauga shooting, police appeal

Peel Police are seeking the public’s assistance in locating a suspect vehicle in connection to a Sept. 10 shooting in Mississauga.

The shooting is believed to have occurred in the area of Mississauga Road and Highriver Court around 4 a.m. Investigators have an interest in a vehicle observed fleeing the scene.

The victim of the shooting remains in hospital.

The suspect vehicle is believed to be a grey, 2016-2020 Honda Civic sedan with sport trim and dark wheels. It was reported as having a sunroof and a burnt-out passenger-side fog light with possible damage to the front bumper.

Investigators are asking the public to report any abandoned or suspicious vehicles matching the suspect vehicle description.

There is no suspect description at this time.

Anyone who was in the area at the time of the incident, or has dashcam footage is asked to contact Peel Police at (905) 453-2121, extension 1133.
