30-year-old man missing, believed to be in Welland

A 30-year-old man has been reported missing by Niagara police and is believed to be in the Welland area.

Chris Jones was last heard from on Sept. 4 around 1:30 p.m. Jones, who has ties to the Windsor area, may be driving a blue four-door Chevy Cobalt with Ontario plates CYSS 667.

Jones is described as white, six feet tall with a slender build, and having dark hair, scruffy facial hair and an octopus tattoo on his left hand.

Anyone who may have information as to Chris Jones’ location is asked to contact detectives at 905-688-4111, option 3, extension 1009395.
