Fire at carpet supply store in Burlington, arson suspected

Arson is suspected in an early morning fire at a carpet supply store in Burlington on August 27.

Seven emergency vehicles, including firefighters and police, arrived at Master Carpet Supplies at 4055 Harvester Rd shortly after 5 a.m.

The duration of the fire was three hours. No injuries where sustained and the damage is expected to be over $150,000.

The Office of the Fire Marshal was contacted due to suspicious causes that require further investigation.
