Thwarted terror plot cancels three Taylor Swift concerts in Vienna

First Published:

Around 195-thousand “Swifties” are devastated after learning Taylor Swift’s three concerts in Vienna were cancelled due to a planned terror attack.

Organizers had cancelled the weekend performances after they uncovered an ISIS-inspired terror attack aimed to blow up a device at the Ernst Happel Stadium.

Local authorities said they identified three radicalized teenagers – a 19-year-old, a 17-year-old, and a 15-year-old who had planned to attack the concert.

While disappointed, many fans agreed that there would always be the next concert to look forward to, and that it was better to be safe than sorry.
