“We’re excited to bring that taste of cottage country to Burlington,” said Dana Somerville, the company’s vice president of marketing.

“We’re proud to still make our milk and ice cream the traditional way. We get fresh milk and cream delivered daily from local farms, and we turn that … into ice cream.”

Kawartha Dairy produces a line of standard dairy products like milk, cream and butter — but they’re best known for their ice cream.

“We have over 45 flavours of ice cream that we serve here. Every flavour,” Somerville said.

She added that while Moose Track’s seem to be the number one selling flavour but clarified that “every flavour is someone’s favourite.”

Kawartha Dairy is open every day of the week, from 9 a.m. to 9 p.m.
