Sweet time of the year

Tim Bolen visited 13th Street Winery in Niagara, who are one of 37 wineries eagerly getting set to kick off the 23rd Annual Niagara Icewine Festival one week today. At the festival they offer a discovery pass which gives you eight wine and food pairings at any of the wineries. But the whole festival itself kicks off in style at Fallsview Casino.
