Tim Bolen learned Krav Maga, which is the official hand to hand combat system of the Israeli Defense Forces. Krav Maga means contact combat in Hebrew and has been recognized as the most efficient self defense system for real life situations.  It’s being taught in the area by Fernando Lima and everybody can do it.
