Located at the corner of James and Vine, Nique opened their doors a few weeks ago to an overwhelming response. Working on menu ideas for past five years executive chef and owner Harrison Hennick needed a signature item that would stand out from the rest, and as Tim Bolen can attest, Hennick did just that.
