It is exciting times when it comes to food in this town. The scene is changing rapidly with high profile chefs making Hamilton their destination to open up new restaurants, which is the case with Top Chef finalist Vittorio Colacitti. He has a successful spot called Good Son in Toronto, and in July he brought his talents to James St North and opened Born and Raised.
