The Other Bird restaurant group based out of Hamilton, run by partners Erin Dunham and Top Chef Canada winner Matt Kershaw have been amazing diners in the area for a number of years.  And now they have a new, old spot for people to try. What used to be The Alex is now home to Burro, where tacos and tequila are the main attraction and Tim Bolen got to sample the dishes when he visited.
