Tales of the Red Tails

The 2011 movie Red Tails is a true story of the Tuskegee Airmen who were the first black fighter pilots. They were subjected to racial discrimination, but their guiding principles were to aim high, believe in yourself and never quit.
The Canadian Warplane Heritage Museum has a great opportunity to learn more about these pilots and to take a flight on a Vintage P51. This morning P51 pilot and VP of Education for the Commemorative Air Force Red Tails tour Bill Shepard and former astronaut Dave Williams, who you can also meet this weekend, were here this morning.
