There is something pretty amazing going on in Hamilton when it comes to food. New restaurants, food trucks, delivery services, and culinary events are happening daily, but the start up costs and red tape associated with opening up a kitchen approved by Public Health can be rather difficult.  That’s what makes the Kitchen Collective on King Street so crucial to this food movement in the city.  It is a non profit commercial kitchen that budding entrepreneurs can work out of and Tim Bolen paid them a visit.
