More surveillance video revealed at trial for Const. Greg Pierzchala’s alleged killers

Twenty-eight-year-old Const. Greg Pierzchala was only 10 months into the job and fresh out of his probation period when he was shot and killed on Dec. 27, 2022.
He was arriving to what is being described as a routine call – a minor crash.
But as he stepped out of his cruiser and announced he was recording, suddenly shots were fired.
Randall McKenzie is alleged to have fired the fatal shots. His girlfriend, Brandy Stewart-Sperry, is accused of aiding him.
Both were in court today facing first-degree murder charges.
Most of the morning in court was spent watching video, which is said to show the events that followed the shooting.
The two accused are seen with a black pick-up truck, said to be parked on a property at a Mississauga Road address in Haldimand County. Police arrived a short time later.
The jury did hear from a witness today who says she saw a black truck driving fast through Hagersville moments after Pierzchala was shot.
“It sounded like the cars up and down the road were being smashed,” she said.
“A crazy sound, like a freight train coming through. There was a big black truck coming down the street.”
More CCTV evidence was reviewed in the afternoon.
The trial continues tomorrow in Cayuga.
