Six Nations police charge two people after drug trafficking investigation

Six Nations police have charged two people from Brantford in connection with a two-month drug trafficking investigation.
A search warrant carried out on a residence and associated motor vehicle located on North Park Street in Brantford resulted in two people being taken into custody.
The search resulted in the seizure of approximately 600 grams of cocaine with an estimated street value of $60,000, along with approximately $25,000 in currency. Officers also found evidence of ongoing drug trafficking.
Twenty-four-year-old Chase William Reed and 25-year-old Shyann Nancy Neves were charged with possession for the purpose of trafficking cocaine and proceeds of crime over $5,000.
Both of the accused are in custody awaiting bail hearings.
