We got a taste of Spring with these spring sips from wine and spirits consultant Renée Sferrazza.

Cocktail Feature – Renee’s GIN MULE

 1 mint sprig

 1 ounce simple syrup

 3/4 ounce lime juice, freshly squeezed

 1 3/4 ounces Fords Gin

 1 ounce Ginger Beer

 Garnish: mint sprig

  1. In a shaker, muddle the mint sprig, simple syrup, and lime juice.
  2. Add the gin, ginger beer, and ice, then shake until well-chilled.
  3. Strain into a highball glass over fresh ice.
  4. Garnish with a mint sprig.
