Two teens arrested in connection to St. Catharines jewelry store robbery

Niagara police have arrested two teenagers in connection to a jewelry store robbery that occurred on Jan. 16.
Police are still trying to locate four more people they believe may have been involved.
Officers say the teens smashed several display cases at Griffin Jewelry store in the Pen Centre shopping mall before stealing multiple pieces of jewelry.
Investigators were able to identify, locate and charge two teens.
A 15-year-old from Scarborough and a 17-year-old from Springhill, Nova Scotia have been charged with robbery, disguise with intent, possession of property obtained by crime and administration of a noxious thing.
Under the provisions of the Youth Criminal Justice Act of Canada, police are unable to release more information about their identities.
Both teens have attended bail hearings and remain in custody.
