Dinner and a movie? Not yet.

Cineplex Incorporated is urging the Ontario government to change the rules so that more than 50 people can enter their theatres.  Now that most of the province is in Phase 3, the number of individuals allowed in a single auditorium is only 50 – not enough to make it profitable.  Premier Ford has told company executives that health officials are studying the request.  He says Cineplex’s proposal to raise the number is “on the table” for now.
