Fire erupts at Notre-Dame Cathedral in Paris

A massive fire has erupted at Notre Dame Cathedral in Paris.

Flames and smoke can be seen shooting from the base of the historic church’s spire on Monday.

The medieval structure is undergoing a $6.8 million renovation.

Part of the spire at Notre Dame Cathedral has collapsed amid the raging fire.
