New Trailer // Jupiter Ascending

The Wachowskis are back with another sci-fi epic with Jupiter Ascending. Mila Kunis (Oz The Great and Powerful) stars as Jupiter Jones, an average Chicago cleaning lady who dreams of the stars and longs for adventure. Her dreams become a reality when she discovers she is the heir to an extraordinary inheritance of power that could alter the balance of the cosmos. With a genetically modified alien soldier at her side, Channing Tatum, she explores far off galaxies she never knew existed and prepares for her destiny.

Lana and Andy Wachowski are no strangers to astounding visual effects and epic science fiction adventures. The siblings burst on the scene with their Matrix trilogy, and after a brief hiatus returned with 2012’s Could Atlas.  If the trailer is any indication, Jupiter Ascending continues the Wachowski tradition of bringing cutting edge visual effects to the big screen.

Jupiter Ascending will be hitting theatres on July 25th.
