Police are also looking for a repeat offender who’s wanted for breaching his parole.

Jurell Downie is 23-years old, 5′ 10″ and 146 pounds. He’s serving time for armed robbery and is known to visit the Greater Toronto Area. Anyone with information is asked to call police.
