Massive flooding in southern Alberta

Four are dead and as many as 100-thousand Calgarians could face mandatory evacuation orders the next couple days as torrential rains cause flooding across much of southern Alberta.

States of emergency have been declared in at least a dozen communities after more than 150 millimetres fell in less than 36 hours.
