Baby seat recall

Close to 4 million Bumbo baby seats are being recalled, including more than 340,000 in Canada.

The U.S. Consumer Product Safety Commission says babies can wiggle out of them and fall.

In 2007, about 1 million of the molded foam seats were recalled to put additional warning labels against placing them on raised surfaces.

Since then, there have been 21 reports of skull fractures to infants from falling off high surfaces.

Bumbo floor seats were sold at Babies r Us, Target and Walmart from August 2003 to August 2012.
