Winnipeg father charged

A Winnipeg man has been charged with locking up his daughters and sexually assaulting them over several years.

The two girls are both under 14 and one has a physical disability.

Sources say one of the daughters walked into a police station and began to tell officers what had happened.

The man faces 20 counts including incest, sodomy and child pornography.
