Fans have honoured the Trews’ for their tribute to Canada’s fallen soldiers.

“Highway Of Heroes” won fan’s choice of video of the year at the East Coast Music Awards in Charlottetown.

The band from Nova Scotia also won DVD of the year.

The awards ceremony capped four days of concerts showcasing the best of Atlantic Canada.

Next year’s music week and awards ceremony will be held in Moncton, New Brunswick.
