Deceased identified in Norfolk house fire on Turkey Point Road

The Ontario Provincial Police (OPP) Norfolk County Detachment have identified the victim of a house fire at a Turkey Point Road, Charlotteville, Norfolk County address on Thursday, Dec. 9

Police say Jason Berg, 38, of Norfolk County was pronounced dead on scene when firefighters arrived on scene and met with a fully engulfed house fire. 

Volunteers were able to extinguish the fire and prevent it from spreading to other outbuildings located on the property. 

The Ontario Fire Marshalls Office attended and completed an investigation. Norfolk OPP are continuing to investigate the incident.
