A judge will now decide the sentencing for Bulend “Typhoon” Dikici. The 20-year-old has admitted to travelling at a high rate of speed before crashing last year and killing one of his passengers: 20-year-old Mackenzie Mann a veteran Hamilton police officer’s daughter. Nicole Martin reports.
