Don’t flute and drive

Halton police officer pulled over a man in Burlington who was playing a flute, with both hands, while driving.

A traffic officer says they pulled over the driver as part of an enforcement effort for distracted driving. They were expecting to see the driver using a cellphone, but turns out the driver was playing the instrument while following along to music from and iPod.

Police say the driver was charged.
