The Hamilton Tiger-Cats are set to host their iconic Labour Day Classic matchup against the Toronto Argonauts for the first time in two years.

Monday’s game will mark the 50th showdown between the Tabbies and Double Blue.

It is a storied rivalry that began during the Post-War era of Canadian football.

Today’s game will feature a halftime performance by The Dirty Nil.

Due to COVID-19 restrictions, only a maximum of 15,000 fans will be allowed inside the stadium for the game.

All fans aged 12 and up must bring proof of full vaccination (minimum of 14 days prior to game) or receipt of a negative Covid-19 test that was taken within 48 hours of kickoff.

If you were vaccinated outside of Ontario or Canada, you must provide a digital PDF or printed copy of your government-issued vaccination confirmation receipt for your Government of Canada-approved vaccine.

Another change this year is all tickets are mobile for the 2021 season. The stadium will also be cashless so fans will need to use VISA, MasterCard, Debit, American Express or a valid Tiger-Cats/Tim Hortons Field gift card to make purchases.

Doors open at 11:30 a.m. and kickoff will be at 1 p.m.
