More protein needed in diet

You might want to pack a little fish, cheese or peanut butter in your lunch tomorrow.
A group of Canadian researchers believe we have underestimated the amount of protein needed in a healthy diet. Academics are presenting their findings over the next few days at symposiums across the country. One is scheduled for Wednesday in Toronto. Among the topics, the impact of protein on human health, healthy aging and weight management. The events are sponsored by registered dietitians and the Dairy Farmers of Canada.
