Brantford police lead the way in the switch to taking notes electronically

Brantford police say they’re the first service in Ontario, and the second in all of Canada to transition front-line officers to electronic note-taking. Officers have been taking notes and using other features on a phone app for nearly a year, and say not only is it more efficient, but it’s also more accurate for court cases. Kelly Botelho reports.
