Ontario’s top doctor considering mandatory mask rule even if the province re-opens fully

Ontario’s Chief Medical officer of Health says he’s considering recommending everyone continue wearing masks in public spaces even after the province has fully re-opened. Dr. Kieran Moore says the Delta variant means re-opening needs to be slow and cautious, and masks will help reduce the spread of the virus. He sat down with Matt Ingram virtually to talk about vaccination, masking, and the plan to re-open.
